Patrik started as a chef in his native Italy, before moving to a number of high-profile roles in London and beyond. He specialises in wonderfully fresh fish dishes, succulent meats and home-cooked pasta.

From Puglia, Riccardo was trained by Patrik when working in Bishop’s Stortford and now joins Patrik in joint control of the kitchen. Riccardo has assisted Patrik in creating our new menu, which we hope that you enjoy!

Simon and Alison will continue to support Patrik and Riccardo in the launch of their fledgling business. Alison will continue to manage the numbers and Simon will help Patrik develop the extensive wine list.
