SHORT HISTORY: The estate was created in the 1850s. The name comes from the word ‘Mirador’ because it is located on a hillside overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, Bassin de Thau and the Saint Clair mountains. The cellar was renovated between 2003 and 2009. Joseph ALBAJAN, still dubbed the "Pope of Picpoul"
